ERP Implementation Project Manager

**About the Position**:
ATS Traffic is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our Technology team for a fixed-term contract to oversee the implementation of the ERP upgrade project This is an anticipated 2-year fixed-term, with the possibility of extension, based on the project timeline, and outcomes.

The ERP Implementation Project Manager will provide management and oversight of the ERP upgrade project and it’s supporting technologies. They are responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of the new ERP system. This involves collaborating closely with various stakeholders, including the executive team, department managers, IT personnel, vendors and end-users. The goal is to ensure that the ERP system aligns with the organization’s requirements and objectives.

**Responsibilities**:
**Project Planning and Management**:

- Create and maintain a comprehensive project plan that outlines the project’s scope, schedule, budget, and resource requirements.
- Establish a project team, define roles and responsibilities, and develop a communication plan.
- Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to keep the project on track.

**Stakeholder Management**:

- Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations.
- Maintain relationships with implementation team, stakeholders, provide regular project updates, and manage expectations.

**Budget Management**:

- Establish a project budget and track costs.
- Collaborate with implementation team and stakeholders to identify cost-saving opportunities and manage project expenses effectively.

**Risk Management**:

- Identify project risks and develop contingency plans.
- Proactively assess risks and work with stakeholders to create a risk management plan.

**Resource Management**:

- Manage project resources, including team members, vendors, and contractors.
- Ensure the project team is appropriately staffed, trained, and motivated.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required (e.g., Business Administration, Information Technology).
- Previous experience in project management, particularly with ERP implementations and/or accounting systems is required
- PMP certification is advantageous.

**Technical Skills**:

- Working Knowledge of the following platforms is an asset:

- Office 365
- Dynamics CRM
- Dynamics Business Central
- Microsoft GP
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Jira).
- Strong communication and leadership skills.

**Experience**: Required
- 1 - 3 years: Strong communication and leadership skills.
- 1 - 3 years: Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project).
- 2 - 5 years: Experience in Project Management, particularly with ERP implementations.

Preferred
- 1 - 3 years: Certifications: PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is advantageous.
- 1 - 3 years: Working Knowledge of the following platforms is advantageous: Office 365 Dynamics CRM Dynamics Business Central Microsoft GP

**Education**: Required
- Bachelor's degree or better in Business Administration or related field
