As part of a growing team at Lewis Motors, the Account Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of an assigned group of customer accounts, as well as finding and cultivating new relationships with customers within an assigned territory. In a growing market, you’ll have the opportunity to sell and lease both International Trucks and Isuzu Trucks - one of the most complete lineups in the industry.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying new business opportunities.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Utilize Salesforce to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and report on performance metrics.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability while ensuring client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service and support to clients.
- Lead presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value of our offerings.
- Provide ongoing account management to ensure client retention and loyalty.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in sales or account management, preferably in a relevant industry.
- Strong business development skills with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
- Proficient in using Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing accounts and tracking sales activities.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities in guiding teams or projects towards successful outcomes.
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed business decisions.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with clients at all levels.
- Valid Sales License
- Background in commissioned or outside sales

- Regularly sets and meets priorities and long term goals
- Intermediate level with MS Word, Excel and Outlook
- Strong ability to learn in-house computer programs
- Ability and willingness to complete International and Isuzu sales training
- Shows confidence, drive, and integrity
