**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Generate sales.
- Identify new customers, manage a prospect list, make cold calls, convert business.
- Prepare proposals and process orders/contracts.
- With our Design Team bring customers solutions to enable them to _Build with Confidence._
- Prepare weekly sales reports and work within our sales team to develop and execute winning strategies to surpass sales targets.

**Job Requirements - Core Competencies**
- Professional sales experience with residential, commercial, multi-family, or agriculture.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Onsite construction experience, and or an understanding of construction methods.
- Strong understanding of common building practices, building codes, and the ability to read blueprints.
- Professional level written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiar with industry software like the Mitek suite including: Management, Structure, and Engineering would be an asset.
- Experience with estimating software is considered an asset.
- Competent with Microsoft 365.
- Organized and self-motivated.
