**GORILLA PROPERTY SERVICES**is seeking **reliable**labourers to join our team. As a **labourer**, you’ll learn how to consistently deliver our property maintenance services.

As a key member of our **GORILLA PROPERTY SERVICES** team, you will complete services at residential and/or commercial properties. Your responsibilities will include pressure washing, soft washing, window cleaning, graffiti removal, gutter cleaning, roof cleaning, dryer vent cleaning, holiday light installation and snow removal.

**What does it take to become a GORILLA?**

You need to be reliable, mechanically inclined and want to work outside. If you're not afraid to have a little fun, learn some new skills and get your hands dirty working outdoors, then you'll be a great fit for our team.

This position is entry-level and casual to start with real potential (for the right people) to grow into full-time, permanent employment. That's ultimately what we're looking for - folks willing to learn our business from the ground up, provide our services consistently and well, and take on new responsibilities as they master skills. We're seeking long-term employees.

Right now, some prior general labour experience is preferred, but not required. Employees are trained on the job in each service we provide and will be taught how to perform tasks safely, efficiently, and professionally. The hours and salary will increase as your skills do. The better you are and quicker you learn, the faster we can build your pipeline and fill your schedule.

All of our work is outdoors and we work in all weather conditions - sometimes using ladders and working at heights. You must be able to lift and carry heavy things and work on your feet while performing physical tasks.

Your work will look different everyday, depending on the jobs that are lined up. Job sites are typically within Regina but may be in surrounding areas. Occasionally, we may need to be out of town overnight, but we’ll cover the expenses.

**Mandatory Job Requirements**:

- _Legally entitled to work in Canada_
- _Valid Saskatchewan Class 5 Driver's License (Minimum)_
- _Must have personal vehicle to get to and from the job site_
- _Smile on your face_

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
