Wangler Electric is a leading provider of premium residential electrical services and Gemstone Lights permanent holiday lighting. We help homeowners bring their properties to life with high-quality, hassle-free lighting solutions. We’re expanding into Langley and are looking for a motivated **Sales Manager** to grow our Gemstone Lights business.

As Sales Manager, you will lead Gemstone Lights sales in Langley. You will manage leads, consult with homeowners, and close high-value sales while building long-term relationships that generate referrals and repeat business. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional who enjoys working directly with clients and helping a growing business thrive.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Generate, manage, and follow up on leads to meet or exceed sales targets
- Consult with homeowners to design and sell Gemstone Lights solutions
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive referrals and repeat business
- Track sales performance and report on key metrics
- Collaborate with operations to ensure smooth project delivery
- Participate in marketing and community initiatives to grow brand awareness

**Qualifications**
- Proven sales experience, ideally in home services, lighting, or premium residential products
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven
- Comfortable using CRM software and managing leads
- Knowledge of the Langley area is an asset

**Compensation & Commission**
**Base Salary**: $50,000/year

**Tiered Commission Plan**:

- First $250,000 in sales: 5% commission
- $250,001 - $500,000: 7.5% commission
- $500,001 - $750,000: 8.5% commission
- $750,001 - $1,000,000+: 10% commission

**Example**: If total sales = $1,000,000 → Commission = $77,500 → Total Compensation = $127,500
