**About the role**

We have a unique opportunity for an experienced individual to join our people and culture team as an HR Business Partner. In this role you will support the growth of NPX and help our team flourish by partnering with leaders to deliver on a strategic people plan in line with the needs and priorities of our growing teams. You will play a key role in cultivating an inclusive team culture, driving company growth, and fostering an innovative environment.

Location: Remote in Canada

The HR Business Partner (HRBP) will provide hands on and strategic HR support in all aspects of HR including employee relations, recruitment. talent and performance management, engagement, organizational development, conflict resolution and change management. You will play a critical role in executing our people and culture initiatives and driving excellence and process improvement.

**What you'd be doing**
- Act as a data-informed advisor to our leads when it comes to workforce planning, coaching, leadership development, learning, diversity, inclusion & equity (diversity), wellbeing etc.
- Facilitate performance and compensation processes and support talent planning and career development
- Provide smooth employee experiences for HR requests through automation, clear documentation, new processes, and high-quality service
- Support the development and implementation of an L&D strategy through expert cross-training, mentorship, our onboarding process, and existing benefits (company wide training, personal learning budget)
- Identify the next most important people initiatives to enable our business, over time, and contribute to other areas that support people at NPX.
- Support with HR Administration tasks and security clearance process.

**What you bring to the table?**
- Have 3+ years of experience in HR (ideally as an HR Business Partner) or related field.
- Are self-driven and able to prioritize work using business strategy
- Able to organize and interpret people data using our People Tools
- Able to build trusting partnerships across the business and effectively advise leaders
- Knowledgeable about HR programs and practices, including applicable province/state and federal employment laws and regulations
- Must be eligible to work in Canada
