Maintenance Technician

**1.0 JOB PURPOSE**

Ensure that manufacturing equipment is maintained on a per schedule basis to limit downtime and maximize uptime in daily operations.

**2.0 DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

Oversee and complete PM programs on all equipment.
- Perform new equipment validation and testing as well as repair and validate all existing equipment as necessary.
- Maintain organization, cleanliness and order in the Maintenance Area.
- Complete all necessary maintenance documentation and records on machines and auxiliary equipment

**3.0 CORE COMPETENCIES**

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability preferred. **A) EXPERIENCE**
- Injection molding experience
- Lift Truck experience
- Overhead Crane experience

**1.0 WORKING CONDITIONS**
- This position includes shift and weekend work.
- Must have reliable transportation

**2.0 PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS**
- Ability to lift up to 25kg
- Able to stand for long periods of time
- Good manual dexterity
- Demands include repetitive movement, bending, and twisting _

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
