**Job Overview**
**We are currently seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented individual to join our team for a period of approximately one year as a Service Advisor due to one of our current Advisors soon to be going on maternity leave.**

As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for providing outstanding service to our customers, ensuring their automotive needs are met with efficiency and professionalism.

**Responsibilities**
- Greet customers and assess their service needs
- Schedule service appointments and communicate service timelines to customers
- Provide accurate cost estimates and obtain customer approval for repairs
- Coordinate vehicle repairs with technicians and ensure timely completion
- Keep customers informed of the status of their vehicles throughout the service process
- Address customer inquiries and concerns with empathy and professionalism
- Process service orders and maintain accurate service records
- Assist with inventory management and parts ordering as needed
- Uphold dealership standards for customer service and satisfaction

**Experience**
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in an automotive or dealership setting.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with a background in automotive repair is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with upselling techniques and sales strategies to enhance customer experience.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with customers and team members.
- Ability to handle cash transactions responsibly and maintain accurate financial records.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organizational skills.

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
