Creating a trusting environment that fosters sales and customer retention Writing new business policies with an emphasis on quality and efficiency Testing new sales strategies, techniques and processes while providing feedback Actively engaging in training and professional development The Successful candidate will have:*If you feel you have the equivalent skills, please apply* Post-Secondary Education or equivalent Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role Level 2 AIC completed High degree of professionalism, diplomacy and integrity Excellent customer service skills and conflict resolution Excellent communication skills (oral and written) Ability to coach/mentor Able to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure and deadlines Able to work both individually and in a team environment Excellent organizational and time management skills; multi-tasking
