**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on vehicles, including engine, transmission, suspension, and electrical systems
- Utilize diagnostic tools and equipment to identify and troubleshoot issues accurately
- Follow manufacturer's guidelines and dealership procedures to ensure quality workmanship
- Communicate effectively with service advisors and customers to explain repairs and provide recommendations
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times

**Requirements**:

- Journeyman technician certification
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of automotive systems and components
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
