**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain an up-to-date understanding of industry trends, product knowledge, competitive landscape and technical developments for business growth opportunities
- Identify and develop a list of dentists as potential customers, utilizing selling skills to generate new business and cultivate sales growth among new customers
- Utilize marketing materials and campaigns to build awareness sales potential
- Strategically develop and manage territory to effectively handle all new and existing customers, while retaining and growing new and existing customer base
- Call on dental office locations within territory, present solutions and communicate features and benefits of our products in order to grow market share
- Execute strategic and operational objectives
- Ensure operational activities and goals are achieved, within a designated timeframe and budget
- Evaluate and communicate back to management market trends of our products in relation to customers’ needs
- Achieve financial performance and revenue growth goals while supporting our company values and mission
- All other duties as assigned or as otherwise required

**Qualifications**:

- Degree in operations management, business administration, or dental related sales/marketing dental field experience
- 2+ years’ proven experience in an operations management position, budget development and oversight skills
- Excellent ability to communicate both written/oral -high competency in customer service and solution mindset
- Highly trained in conflict management and business negotiation processes
- Dental profession experience a plus

Pay: $70,000.00 per year
