The role requires an individual to be extremely organized, have perfect communication skills and the ability to lead/influence a team of 10-20 employees.

The purpose of the Operations Controller is to manage the execution of jobs so that quality and efficiency are continuously increasing. This will be done through the companies “Lean” philosophy of growing our employees through continuous improvements.
