CIMS Limited Partnership is seeking a detail-oriented and driven Scheduler with a passion for delivering high-quality services in the heavy industrial sector. As a Scheduler at CIMS LP, you will provide essential scheduling expertise to ensure smooth project execution in industrial construction and maintenance projects.
**You will report to the Project Control Specialist and be accountable for**:
- Develop, maintain, and monitor detailed project schedules for industrial construction and maintenance projects.
- Collaborate closely with project teams to track progress, identify delays, and recommend schedule adjustments to meet project milestones.
- Ensure the schedule accurately reflects the scope of work and any modifications.
- Support project teams by analyzing schedule performance and providing reports to justify time changes.
- Work with CIMS’ Project Management, customers, and subcontractors to optimize work practices and ensure efficient project execution.
- 10+ years of experience in scheduling industrial construction or maintenance projects.
- Proficient with scheduling software tools such as Primavera P6 or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of heavy industrial project work in sectors such as Oil & Gas, Mining, Pulp & Paper, and Power Generation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Willingness to travel 50%+ to regional offices and client locations.

Pay: $70.00-$90.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
