**Telecommunications - Directional Driller/Locater**
**ONLY DRILLERS / LOCATORS WITH EXPERIENCE NEED APPLY**
Progressive Industries Inc. is a rapidly growing company that offers competitive wages and a full benefit coverage plan. We are currently hiring a couple of Directional Driller/Locater to join our growing team. This full-time position is located throughout Southwestern Ontario.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Directional Drilling.
- Installation of conduits
- Other duties as required.
**Requirements**:
- Must be able to bend, kneel, and climb.
- Must be able to safely lift loads of at least 50lbs.
- Must have the flexibility to work in tight spaces.
- Will work in all weather conditions 12 x month of the year, with possible overtime as required.
- Must be able to read locate tickets.
- Must identify all unsafe working conditions and not proceed with work if it endangers the technician, other works, customers and/or general public.
- Basic drill mechanical knowledge is an asset.
- Must have proven experience operating Directional Drill and or locator.
- Health Benefits for full time employees.
- Must identify all unsafe working conditions and not proceed with work if it endangers any of the following: existing buried infrastructure, locate technician customer and general public.
**Salary**: $30.00-$40.00 per hour
