We are currently looking for a **Project Coordinator** to join our team.

The Project Coordinator is an integral member of the service department team responsible for assisting Project Managers in providing building and maintenance services.

This position provides a high level of customer service support to meet internal and external requirements.
The Service Coordinator is extremely organized and works collaboratively with team members to ensure the administration of multiple back-office processes and the service delivery cycle flows accordingly, making sure client requirements are met.

**Responsibilities**:

- Review quotes, including billing and assist in scheduling;
- Review technicians’ reports, job costing and materials list and submit invoices to clients in a timely manner;
- Timely communicate relevant information to the Service/Project teams, including recommendations, scheduling, tools, work hours and budgets;
- Maintain on-call schedule;
- Provide general support and backup, as required, to ensure all work is completed in a professional and efficient manner

The Project Coordinator is a team player who can also work independently with mínimal supervision. He/She demonstrates professional customer service skills, time management skills and a strong ability to multitask and prioritize.

Experience in the Construction industry considered an asset.

We offer a competitive hourly rate, dependent on qualifications and experience; full benefit package and RRSP contributions after the probationary period.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $23.00-$28.00 per hour
