John Crane is currently hiring for an Invoicing & Materials Data Coordinator to work at our Stoney Creek, Ontario site. This position will helps us to ensure that all orders shipped are invoiced accurately and in a timely manner with appropriate documentation. This person will also perform general office tasks as required.

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Responsible for accurate and timely invoicing of orders (checks invoices for quantities, prices, PO numbers and sales taxes)
- Maintaining up to date records of customers that use platforms for invoicing.
- Working closely with AR to rectify invoicing issues, whether on platforms or through automated invoicing procedures.
- Responsible for processing of credits (initiates credits on PNR form, obtains appropriate approval, processes credit on AS400).
- Prepares appropriate documents for export orders (packing slips, invoices, free trade documents, inward manifest, Canadian custom documents, and other documentation as required).
- Preparing Q/A document packages as requested (Certificates of Compliance, Certificate of Origins etc.)
- Issues and distributes special invoices, credits and credit/debit memos.
- Ongoing support for Materials Clerk loading new parts and bills of materials on to our AS400 platform.
- Performs other duties as required.
- Seek out opportunities for improvement with existing processes and make necessary changes to optimize efficiencies.

**The Individual**
- Minimum of community college diploma.
- Previous experience in manufacturing setting is an asset.
- Must have good organizational and communication skills.
- Innovative and ambitious mindset to make positive changes and grow within the position and the company.
- Computer skills including Microsoft Office.
- Experience with online platform invoicing (Ariba, ADP etc.) is a definite plus
