Assistant Front Office Manager

**Job Summary**
**Duties**
- Assist in overseeing daily front office operations, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
- Supervise and train front desk staff, promoting a positive work environment and high-quality guest interactions.
- Manage guest check-ins and check-outs, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly.
- Handle multi-line phone systems to manage incoming calls and provide information to guests.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Maintain accurate records of room availability and reservations.
- Implement hotel policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service by anticipating guest needs and resolving issues efficiently.
**Skills**
- Multilingual or bilingual proficiency is highly desirable for effective communication with diverse guests.
- Strong phone etiquette skills to handle inquiries professionally and courteously.
- Proven customer service skills with a focus on enhancing guest satisfaction.
- Experience with front desk operations in a hotel setting is preferred.
- Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and reservation software is advantageous.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
