**Key Responsibilities**
**Operational Management**
- Oversee the seamless operation of all household functions, including housekeeping, catering, maintenance, and guest services.
- Develop and implement household protocols and procedures to maintain a consistent standard of excellence.
- Coordinate schedules for staff, events, and property maintenance to ensure smooth operations.
**Staff Management**
- Recruit, train, and manage a diverse team of domestic staff, ensuring a culture of professionalism and discretion.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff, fostering continuous improvement.
- Resolve any conflicts or issues within the team promptly and effectively.
**Event Planning and Coordination**
- Plan, coordinate, and execute high-profile events and gatherings at the palace.
- Collaborate with external vendors, including caterers, florists, and event planners, to ensure flawless execution.
**Budgeting and Inventory Management**
- Manage household budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Oversee inventory control, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels for household needs.
**Personalized Services**
- Anticipate the preferences and needs of the principal and guests, ensuring personalized and discreet service.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all household-related concerns of the principal.
**Property Maintenance**
- Coordinate with contractors and service providers for the upkeep of the property, including landscaping, security, and utilities.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure the property is maintained to the highest standards.
**QualificationsEducation & Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- 7+ years of experience managing luxury properties or estates, preferably for UHNWIs.
- Proven experience in staff management and high-profile event coordination.
**Skills**
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with cultural sensitivity.
- Proficiency in budget management and resource allocation.
- Discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism at all times.
**Languages**
- Fluent in English (required); Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
**Additional Requirements**
- Flexibility to travel and adapt to the principal’s dynamic schedule.
- A valid driver’s license and a clean background check.
