Position Title: Network Analyst - Phone Deployment
Location: Vancouver, BC
Overview:
Qualifications and Experience:
- 4+ years of experience as a Network Analyst or in equivalent roles, focusing on phone deployment
- Experience disconnecting old phones, deploying new phones, testing/verifying phone functionality, managing cables, and providing end-user training on the new phones.
- Experience tracking phone asset information (model/SN).
- Experience performing basic phone troubleshooting.
- Experience providing updates/reports on deployment progress.
- Previous experience in phone deployment projects would be a great asset.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) in English is required.
- Must be authorized to work in Canada.
