**Position Summary**:
Join the First Nations Health Authority as a **Network Analyst**

We are looking for a technical expert with a collaborative mindset who is analytical to the core and not afraid to ask the right questions. You have the distinctive ability to see the big picture and add immediate value by analyzing technical needs, providing technical advice, network analysis, and supporting the business goals.

As the Network Analyst you will generate new network systems, change network systems configurations, modify, develop, and install utilities, data communications software and hardware, and end-user network products. You will also conduct detailed analysis of network performance and recommend upgrades of hardware and/or software.

**As a health and wellness organization, the First Nations Health Authority has aligned with the Provincial Public Health Order released on October 14, 2021. We have a mandatory COVID-19 vaccination policy for all employees at First Nations Health Authority. This policy requires all employees to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19. **Responsibilities**:

- Monitor, configure, deploy, and set up complex enterprise networks in new and existing FNHA sites and locations.
- Monitor, maintain and manage VOIP phone systems, printers, desktops, and analog PBX phone systems.
- Act as Tier II escalation for service tickets, investigates, and provide resolution to service tickets escalated from first level support in a timely manner with an excellent spirit of service and quality.
- Provide expertise and specialized support to the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hardware and software, ensures compatibility to the existing FNHA systems and network.
- Provide specialized expertise in network infrastructure including installing, configuring, maintaining, supporting all network and video conference devices across all FNHA.
- Conduct detailed analysis of network performance on a regular basis to maintain the defined standards, document the findings, and recommend upgrades of hardware and/or software to increase network performance.

**Qualifications**:

- A university degree in Computer Science, college degree with a technical major or an acceptable combination of education, training, and experience.
- Significant, recent, and relevant experience (4-6years) in managing enterprise networks and video conference systems with diverse solutions from multiple vendors.
- Must have experience working with Cisco networking devices, switches, routers, video conference devices and wireless.
- Knowledge of TCP/IP and routing protocols layer 2 and layer 3 network design principles.
- Knowledge of Cisco Switches and Routers, Cisco Unified Collaboration.
