**Your Role**:
As our Store Manager, you’ll be the heart of our store, leading and inspiring a team that’s passionate about pets and the people who love them. Here’s what you’ll be doing:

- Empowering and nurturing our team, creating a supportive and enthusiastic work environment.
- Providing training and coaching to enhance the skills of our team members.
- Offering personalized pet care advice and solutions to our customers, ensuring they leave happier than when they arrived.
- Driving our sales goals with energy and creativity, ensuring we meet and exceed expectations.
- Analyzing sales data and crafting detailed sales reports.
- Creating attractive and engaging product displays.
- Maintaining our store’s cleanliness and welcoming atmosphere.
- Representing our store at community events, spreading our passion for pets.
- Assisting with day-to-day operations.

We’re seeking a leader with a knack for building relationships, helping others grow, and a love for all things pet-related. If you thrive in a lively environment and enjoy making both pets and people smile, you’re the perfect fit for us

**Qualifications**
- 2 years of experience in a retail leadership or similar supervisory role (preferred)

**Requirements**:

- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting items up to 50 pounds.
- Must be legally able to work in Canada.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $21.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 - 42 per week
