**Missions and responsibilities**

As a member of the management team, the Assistant Manager is responsible for the management of the store, pursuing the mission, values, and objectives of HART Stores.

It also contributes to the success of the store and the region with the help of the manager

Plans and manages all the activities of the store.

Ensures that sales meet budgets through good customer service and proactive management of sales floor operations.

Is committed to promoting a positive corporate image in order to attract and retain customers.

**Experience, training, and skills**:
Having completed a DES

Have 2 years of experience in a similar management position.

Have a very good knowledge of the retail business.

SPOKEN: French

Good marketing knowledge.

Ability to handle pressure.

Have a good sense of organization

Ability to motivate staff.

Focused on Health and Safety.

**Work schedule**

The manager must be available to work 1 evening a week (Thursday or Friday) and 1 weekend out of 2.
