As a Communications and Community Relations Advisor in the Communication Pomerleau Construction team for the Olympic Stadium roof replacement and STM Blue Line extension projects. You will play a key role throughout the construction of the projects to ensure stakeholder engagement, proactive and transparent communications, issues management, media relations, crisis management, complaint, and inquiry management and more. As a strategic thinker, you'll deploy many tactics

**What You Will Do**
- Design and execute an internal/external communications and crisis management plan
- Collaborate closely with internal project teams and client's communications department;
- Create and write engaging content for website and social media;
- Support client in managing media interactions, complaints and information requests;
- Communicate effectively with employees, partners and other stakeholders;
- Manage permissions for photo and content publication, coordinating approval of communication tools;
- Assist client in maintaining community relations with regular updates.
- Play an active role in crisis management and emergency situations.
- Support awareness and information campaigns, in compliance with established standards.
- Prepare reports and presentations for client and internal team.
- Perform other related duties as required by the project.

**This role could be for you if you have**
- Bachelor's degree in communications or related field.
- 3 to 5 years' experience in a similar role.
- Excellent knowledge of French and English, both written and spoken.
- Ability to interact with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Proficiency to manage several projects simultaneously.
