The team acts as a conductor and facilitator to help stakeholders and transformation project managers organize their projects and structure their approach. Our team also maintains an overview of project progress and efforts. As a Communications Consultant on this team, you will report to our Director of Transformation Change Management. You will support and advise project teams in communicating their change. In addition, you will collaborate to design, articulate and execute communication strategies and plans for the overall transformation to facilitate employee engagement with the transformation. You will act as a coach and communication specialist. **Responsibilities** - Accompany and advise transformation project sponsors, project managers and communication resources as well as transformation coaches to help them communicate effectively about the changes generated by their respective projects; - Determine the appropriate means and tools to ensure effective communication; - Help define relevant communication indicators, create analysis reports to continuously evaluate the actions implemented in order to refine the strategy; - Collaborate to design and execute the overall transformation communication strategy and plan. Assist in defining a relevant and consistent communications strategy and plan with the change management strategy and plan for the overall transformation; - Clarify the "case for change" of the transformation and its storytelling while managing the communities involved in the transformation; - Create and produce, in French and English, communications related to the transformation in line with Ubisoft's tone and rules of communication and adapted to the target audience; - Organize events related to the transformation (logistics, communications plans, content production, rehearsals); - Develop trusting relationships and partnerships with communications managers in different studios around the world; - Proactively identify emerging risks related to the transformation and prevent potential impacts; propose recommendations and best practices. **Qualifications**: - Experience in internal communications, in a change management or transformation context, ideally in an international environment. PROSCI certification is an asset; - Presentation and writing skills, in French and English. You are an excellent storyteller and visual communicator; - Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, ensure delivery and set up monitoring and performance indicators; - Critical thinking and analytical skills. Experience with website and social media analytics, JIRA or data analysis tools an asset; - Ability to counsel and coach individuals and facilitate groups. Experience as an internal consultant or advisor is an asset.
