Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Window Cleaner to join our team. As a Window Cleaner, you will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining windows in commercial and residential buildings. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work at heights.

**Duties**:

- Clean windows, glass surfaces, and frames using appropriate tools and cleaning solutions
- Remove dirt, grime, and smudges from windows to ensure a streak-free finish
- Use ladders, scaffolding, or other equipment to reach high windows
- Perform heavy lifting and maneuvering of equipment as needed
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed while working at heights
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or questions from clients
- Maintain cleanliness of work area and equipment
- Assist with other custodial or facilities maintenance tasks as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or window cleaning is preferred but not required
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and work at heights
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently
- Good communication skills to interact with clients and team members
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 50 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
