**OVERVIEW**:
Part Time (1) Residential House Cleaner is required for a busy cleaning service in Brantford and surrounding areas.
- NO EVENINGS, NO WEEKENDS; scheduling dependant on business needs
- Starting wage $18.00/hr depending on experience
- Health & Dental BENEFITS and RAISES after 3 months of employment
- Driver's Licence required, Vehicle provided by employer
- Experience an asset but willing to train
- Criminal record check required

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- vacuum and mop floors, including carpet, area rugs and furniture
- dust furniture, wall decor and clean mirrors
- clean, disinfect and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances
- wash windows, walls and ceilings as required
- pick up debris and tidy common areas
- make beds and fold laundry
- empty garbages

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Applicant must have a strong attention to detail, be dependable, client focused, reliable and a team player
- Capacity to perform work that requires repetitive tasks such as bending, crouching and kneeling with the ability to lift/carry up to 30lbs
- Follow all workplace safety legislation including COVID-19 protocols
- Able to sustain safe but common exposure to household allergens (pets, mold, dust, cleaning products, etc)

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 - 20 per week

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- cleaning: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Class G Licence (preferred)
