Communications and Marketing Manager

Reporting to the Sr. Director of Marketing & Innovation, the Communication & Marketing Manager will lead all communication & marketing channels, internal and external, and designs the marketing strategies to reach all customers (B2B and B2C).
At the crossroads between product launches, marketing management, and communication activities, the Communication & Marketing Manager will work closely with all departments to develop tools that meet the company’s and operation teams’ needs. The role will lead a Marketing & Digital Specialist in Eastern Canada to maximize the value of the portfolio of more than 1,000 locations across Canada.
**Roles and responsabilities**:
- Develop marketing and communication strategies to increase brand awareness
- Develop and implement general communications for both internal and external purposes to engage clients (B2B) and customers (B2C)
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure marketing and communication need are designed to support the overall vision and tone of the brand
- Lead corporate PR strategy and execution, communicating plans internally, and securing leadership approvals with the support of the PR agency
- Write, develop, manage and guide proactive corporate and brand PR announcements, launches, and narratives specific to Canada
- Lead content development processes, including developing engaging communications products (e.g., short video newsletter, website social media content, press release, advertisements, etc.)
- Develop an efficient communication plan, pricing strategy, and customer target mapping with the operations team
- Support regional marketing and sales teams across Canada in building their regional marketing plan and in conducting negotiations with their clients
- Identify partnership opportunities with innovative players in mobility, events, tourism, and Smart Cities to expand the e-commerce ecosystem and advance the mobility offers on popular mobile apps in Canada
- Develop, plan and implement paid media campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other acquisition channels
- Analyze performance data (campaign results, lead conversions, MQL and Opportunities by lead sources, CPL, traffic, etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies
**Professional Qualifications**:
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in leading a winning marketing team;
- Successful track record leading teams, implementing change, and developing people
- Bilingual (asset)
- Experience with digital marketing channels
- Experience developing and managing channel strategy and budgets
- Experience in cross-functional collaboration
- Demonstrated success in launching new products and developing/executing marketing plans.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
