Marketing Project Manager – Protocol Sports Marketing Protocol Sports Marketing is hiring a Marketing Project Manager to oversee events, communication strategies, and marketing operations in North York, Ontario, Canada. Responsibilities Develop all kinds of events for publicity, fundraising and information purposes. Develop, evaluate, and implement communication strategies and programs. Oversee the preparation of public written material including reports, briefs, and website content. Publicize activities, workshops, meetings and other events for fundraising or information purposes. Supervise and train staff (3–4 people). Write speeches, presentations, press releases, and other communication materials. Perform administrative tasks and maintain digital database. Conduct online marketing, e-commerce and website promotions. Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support. Qualifications 3 to less than 5 years of experience in public relations, advertising, and applied communication or related fields. Experience in an advertising, marketing and public relations agency setting. Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Computer and technology knowledge: Salesforce, MS Office, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Google Drive, LinkedIn, MailChimp, WordPress, database management. Knowledge of project management, brand management, corporate social responsibility, digital media and strategy. Education Bachelor’s degree (Journalism, Sports communication, Public relations, Business, etc.). Location & Work setting On site – Work must be completed at the physical location.
