Server Job Description

**Duties**:

- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Enter orders into the POS system and ensure accuracy
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
- Provide excellent customer service and address any guest concerns or requests
- Clear tables and reset them for the next guests
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area

**Experience**:

- Previous experience as a server or in a customer service role is preferred
- Familiarity with cashiering, cash handling, and POS systems is a plus
- Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations is desirable
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Basic math skills for handling payments and making change
- Excellent hospitality skills to provide a positive dining experience for guests
