**Job Description**:
The Studio Assistant is responsible for enhancing the productivity and experience of the Product Design team by providing seamless administrative and program support to team members within the department. Working closely with the team and cross-functional partners, this role supports and executes on programming and key initiatives in a timely and accurate manner. The Studio Assistant champions the Indigo brand, providing a high level of service and support to all internal and external customers.

**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**

Functional
- Supports the leadership of the Indigo Design Studio, ensuring meetings are prioritized, location is secured, and materials are prepped
- Manages the team calendar, including setting deadlines and reminders that ensure the team remains on track to achieve critical path delivery dates
- Schedules and plans weekly team touch bases and milestone meetings, including sketch reviews, design presentations, critical path updates and meetings with the CCO
- Supports the planning and scheduling of all off-site design events and partners with the CCO and Creative Director, Presentation to set up design events, including showroom, presentations, and additional styling elements
- Prioritize and prepare documents that reflect the Indigo brand: letters, presentations, agendas, notes, templates, expenses, spreadsheets etc.
- Develop, implement, and maintain a system of product sample management that ensures a well-organized and maintained office environment
- Act as an advocate for the customer by placing them at the forefront of all decision-making and design processes
- Proactively identify and anticipate customer expectations and needs
- Embrace and seek out technology that creates high tech and high touch solutions for Indigo’s customers
- Challenge the status quo by consistently identifying areas for improvement, diagnosing issues and working to resolve them

**Qualifications**:
Work Experience / Education / Certifications
- 3-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant/Administrative Assistant
- College/University education preferred

- Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple tasks, maintain attention to detail, and get things done
- Strong customer service orientation
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities; able to exercise independent judgment and make good decisions
- Ability to build strong relationships across the company and to know when and how to involve others outside of own department to get things done
- Technologically savvy - advanced knowledge and proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and an aptitude for new programs
