Under the direction of the Regional Director of Quality, you will play a crucial role in ensuring quality standards are maintained in all areas of business. As a part of our Quality team, you will work closely with production, engineering, and other teams to implement quality practices, monitor compliance, and address quality issues.

Essential

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain and improve Systemair’s Quality Management System (QMS).
- Lead and manage internal and external audits.
- Assist in the development and execution of corrective actions.
- Document, maintain and implement quality-related processes, policies, and procedures.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to quality and report on trends of areas for improvement.
- Work with internal stakeholders to evaluate and report on product design, address quality issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement correct and preventative actions.
- Promote a culture that is focused on growth and improvement for quality-driven fundamentals.
- Provide training and guidance on quality-related best practices and standards as needed.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address customer quality issues as needed.
- Ensure compliance with applicable quality and regulatory standards.
- Supervise RMA Specialist (if applicable) and process RMAs through ERP systems in addition to daily quality reviews.

Skills, Education, and/or Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in quality, industrial engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in a quality coordinator position or similar role preferred.
- Previous experience with quality standards, software, and documentation preferred.
- Quality-related certifications, e.g. ISO 9001:2015 Foundations and Auditor courses, preferred.
- High attention to detail and analytical skills required.
- Organizational and problem-solving skills required.
- Technical skills required for computers and tablets.
- Able to work proficiently in a team-oriented setting, as well as independently.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Conditions
**Physical Demands**:

- Light physical effort - able to lift up to 20lbs at times.
- Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
- Sitting, lifting, squatting, pushing, or reaching for intermittent or extended periods.
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and looking at a computer.

**Work Environment**:

- Factory, Warehouse, Distribution Center, Office
- May be exposed to loud, repetitive sounds from machinery or equipment
- May use chemicals or other in accordance with MSDS
- May operate machinery in close proximity or with objects exposed to eyes or face
