We are seeking a full-time conveyancer to join our growing notary public office in Burnaby.
**QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS**:
- Minimum 2-3 years experience working as a conveyancer in a law office/notary office specializing in real estate transactions
- Must be able to speak fluent English and Mandarin/Cantonese
- Must be able to proficiently and independently work on real estate sale, purchase, mortgage, family transfer files from start to finish, including preparing LTSA webfiling documents and registration.
- Must be able to independently complete at least 15 real estate transaction files per month
- Must be able to use conveyancing software (LawyerDoneDeal), myLTSA
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Adobe
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision
- Ability to multi-task and work under time-sensitive environments
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills
Position Start Time: As soon as possible
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $24.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
