Job description

1. Our Notary's office located near Metrotown Mall is seeking a full time conveyancer to start right away. Hours are 9:30am to 5:00 pm.
- fluent in English and Mandarin ( both written and verbal)
- have at least 2 years experience working as a conveyancer in the a Notary or Lawyer's office
- have at least two letters of reference for interview
- strong organizational and multitasking skills and attention to details
- Dependable and punctual
- Basic knowledge of computer programs, including MS word and excel

Key Responsibilities
- Assist Notary with files
- Preparing documents (Fee proposals, reports, letters, contracts and correspondence)
- General assistance and organization for the company
- Conveyancing work

Our conveyancers are required to work from our office in Burnaby, mínimal WFH allowed.

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

**Benefits**:

- Paid time off

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Burnaby, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Conveyancing at a Notary of Lawyer: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (required)

Licence/Certification:

- BC Driver's License (preferred)
