Inside Sales & Reception.

Inside Sales Responsibilities:

- We assist Residential Home Owners, Contractors, and Walk-in Customers with the purchase of replacement parts or a new door.
- Order products and services in the buyer portal.
- Enter deposits & payments.
- Build rapport with customers
- Respond to any customer complaints and inquiries quickly and efficiently
- Collect customer information for future follow-up calls
- Upsell services and making product recommendations during and after the sale.
- Closing sales and achieving company quotas
- Identifying sales opportunities
- Staying informed about products and service information updates

Reception Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department or individual
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area, including dusting, vacuuming, moping, and watering the plants when not busy.
- Receive and distribute mail and packages
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Assist with business development activities, such as preparing marketing materials or coordinating client meetings
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.

**Skills**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact with clients, visitors, and staff members
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Excellent customer service, time management, and the ability to sell and promote products
