If you’re a hands-on engineer who enjoys solving real shop-floor challenges and partnering cross-functionally, this is a strong next step.What You’ll Be DoingLead manufacturing system improvements focused on quality, reliability, and efficiencyPartner with Production, Engineering, Maintenance, Purchasing, and Sales to solve quality and delivery challengesAnalyze equipment and process gaps; recommend capital investments and upgradesSupport machining, grinding, and heat-treat processesOptimize and standardize tooling and machining practicesDevelop and maintain process control plansTrain operators on new equipment and safe operating standardsDrive continuous improvement initiatives that lower cost and improve safety and performanceWhat We’re Looking ForBachelor’s degree in EngineeringStrong understanding of manufacturing and machining principlesAbility to read and interpret engineering drawingsExperience working in machining-based manufacturing environmentsStrong communication skills and comfort working cross-functionallyNice-to-HaveCNC programming experienceExposure to grinding, turning, and machining centersMaster’s degree in Engineering or TechnologyMultilingual (Mandarin is an asset)Why Apply$80,000+ starting salary (based on experience)100% employer-paid benefitsPension planGlobal organization with long-term stability and growth opportunitiesMeaningful engineering work with visible impact on production✈️ International travel required (25–50%)
