You will work with your branch team members to deliver a high-quality customer experience that exceeds customer expectations through the following tasks:Provide product knowledge expertise in selling aftermarket heavy-duty parts to customers and build long-lasting customer relationships Optimize each transaction by advising on products, product applications, returns, warranty claims, and special orders to meet all customer needsAnswer customer questions about products, prices, availability, product catalogues, and featuresAssist with cash and/or national accountsFollow company procedures for sales pricing, processing approved credits, invoicing, and freight billing for customers and/or product defectsComplete online training as needed and champion brand lines or productsMay be assigned special projectsMay deliver parts to customers with a company vehicleMay operate a forklift within the branchOther duties as assigned  What We Require: 1-5 years of experience selling heavy-duty parts sales, or a similar industry (Agriculture, Equipment, Trailers) preferred, combined with a high school diploma or other equivalency certificate Must be able to meet the physical requirements: Able to lift parts upwards of 50 -75 lbs., use ladders at varying heights, and frequently walk in a large warehouse Completion of a parts technician trades program is preferred but not requiredProficiency with multiple languages (Hindi, Punjabi or Urdu) is preferred but not requiredOccasionally required to work Saturdays and overtime to meet business demandsProficient with Microsoft Office and other standard office equipmentExcellent customer service skillsStrong communication skills, including both written and verbalTeam-oriented, adaptable, with a commitment to safety excellenceWhat We Offer:Competitive Wages -PLUS Yearly bonusGreat Benefits -Health, Dental, Vision, and much, much moreRRSP MatchingHealth Spending Account – up to $500 per yearPaid sick days and Short-Term Disability BenefitsDiscount on gym membershipRetirement PerksAnd an overall great place to beFort Garry Industries welcomes and encourages applications from people with disabilities.
