Field Service Technician

**Join Our Team as a Field Service Technician**
- Are you ready to keep the fun rolling at the casino? We’re looking for a hands-on Field Service Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, and fix all Everi equipment on the casino floor.

**Must reside near London, Ontario to be considered**What Will You Be Doing?
- **Game On**: Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair all gaming devices on the premises to ensure smooth operation.
- **Customer Hero**: Deliver excellent customer support and technical assistance on system equipment.
- **Tech Detective**: Diagnose and fix mechanical, hardware, software, and system failures.
- **Problem Solver**: Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and provide solutions for Everi products.
- **Maintenance Maestro**: Perform preventive maintenance, relocate, and install equipment as needed.

Skills & Qualifications for the Job:
**Must-Haves**:

- **Diploma or GED**: High School Diploma or GED is required.
- **Gaming License**: Gaming License in multiple provinces (Don’t worry, we’ll help you get this once you’re hired)
- **Flexibility**: Ready to work overtime, weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
- **Travel-Ready**: Must be willing to travel as needed.
- **Self-Starter**: Highly motivated, self-starter, and comfortable working with mínimal supervision.
- **Strength & Agility**: Ability to move heavy equipment, up to 50lbs, and work at heights on ladders.

**Nice-to-Haves**:

- **Experience**: 1+ years of experience in any technician role.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Understanding of MS Office Suite products.
- **Troubleshooting Pro**: Experience in troubleshooting within any technician field.
- **Mechanical & Computer Skills**: Mechanical and computer backgrounds are a plus.
