**Responsibilities**:

- Analyze and recommend staffing decisions based on engagement risk, skills, timing, continuity, and geographic considerations
- Maximize utilization by identifying imbalances and negotiating and reallocating resources amongst Corporate Service Administrators firm wide
- Assist with reporting including utilization performance, forecasts, and capacity management on a weekly/monthly basis to ensure deadlines are met
- Contribute to the development of new ideas and approaches to improve work processes, including identifying and implementing tools, workflows, and systems to streamline new or existing practices
- Manage team member conflicts with all relevant parties, providing resolution recommendations and escalating issues, as appropriate
- Actively support performance management initiatives and learning and development planning
- Ensure Corporate Services Administrators & Leads are trained on incoming processes and procedures, including new technologies, ensuring compliance and adoption through effective change management protocols
- Enter, review, and maintain client account and contact information in the Client Relationship Management (CRM) platform
- Monitor compliance to firm practices and procedures internally
- Coordinate with internal and external counsel, where necessary
- Execute Corporate Services in accordance with MNP’s precise processes, corresponding with clients, partners, and other stakeholders to gather required information and report on results
- Update existing process documents and create new process documents as required

**Skills and Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business, project management, human resources, psychology, or other related field; equivalent work experience will also be considered
- 3 to 4 years of experience in a professional setting
- Professional services and/or consulting firm experience is considered an asset
- Ability to mentor and manage team members towards professional and personal development
- Prior experience developing initiatives, processes, policies, FAQs, etc. is considered an asset
