Millennium Insurance Corporation is looking for a qualified Power BI Reporting Analyst, This position plays a pivotal role in creating, optimizing, and maintaining Power BI reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights across various business functions..

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop, maintain, and optimize Power BI reports, dashboards, and visualizations to provide actionable insights for various business functions.
- Dive deep into complex data sets from multiple sources to uncover hidden patterns, trends, and relationships that drive informed decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and validate reporting requirements.
- Create robust and efficient data models to support accurate and efficient reporting and analysis.
- Develop and maintain data documentation, including data dictionaries, data lineage, and report specifications.
- Assist in the development of data governance policies and best practices to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security.
- Provide ongoing support and training for end-users on Power BI and data analysis best practices.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in data analytics and Power BI to continuously improve reporting and analytics capabilities.
- Participate in special projects and ad-hoc analysis, as needed.
- Other duties as required.

**Experience & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field.
- Strong expertise in Power BI, including report and dashboard development, data modeling, and DAX.
- Proficiency in SQL, including the ability to write and optimize complex queries.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to draw insights from complex data sets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and data modeling techniques (e.g., star schema, snowflake schema, normalization).
