**Overview**:
Pembina Pipeline Corporation is seeking a Senior Business Analyst for Outage Management to join our dynamic Operations Services Unit (OSU). This role will be pivotal in coordinating and optimizing planned system outages across Pembina’s infrastructure, working closely with cross-functional teams to plan, schedule, and align outage activities. The goal is to minimize downtime, enhance asset reliability, and drive continuous improvement through data analytics, automation, and process optimization.

The Outage Management team provides guidance and insights across business units—spanning operations, engineering, construction, integrity, SCADA and commercial—fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment. This role requires technical acumen, strong engagement skills, and a commitment to exceeding Pembina’s goals.

**Responsibilities may include but not limited to**:

- Plan and align outage activities across Pembina’s value chain to ensure mínimal downtime and seamless execution of multiple projects;
- Analyze operational data and trends to optimize outage schedules, reducing the frequency and duration of shutdowns;
- Prepare monthly reports detailing outage impacts, asset performance, and key reliability metrics to support strategic decision-making;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Operations, Customer Service, and Finance, to ensure effective communication and execution of outage plans;
- Foster a collaborative environment by gathering insights from multiple departments to optimize outage planning and drive continuous improvement;
- Lead initiatives to automate analytics, transforming static reporting into interactive models for the Outage Management Program;
- Support the integration of machine learning and predictive analytics to enhance system reliability and minimize unplanned outages;
- Analyze downtime events and reliability trends, implementing preventive measures to reduce the risk of unplanned outages;
- Collaborate with commercial teams to adjust performance targets based on forecasted volumes and market conditions;
- Provide insights into the financial and operational impacts of planned outages on production and customer commitments;
- Participate and support an equitable, diverse, and inclusive workplace.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong technical knowledge of pipelines, facilities, and outage systems, with a deep understanding of Pembina’s value chain or similar asset classe;
- Proficiency in SAP, Power BI, and other operational software, with advanced Excel skills for data consolidation and reporting;
- Proven experience in asset performance management, outage optimization, and system-level analysis for opportunity identification;
- Strong problem-solving, strategic thinking, and communication skills, with the ability to present complex data clearly and effectively;
- Ability to collaborate across departments, manage competing priorities, and drive initiatives independently;
- Experience with data analysis, modeling, process mapping, and optimization, particularly in tools like MS Visio;
- Competence in risk assessment and management, including facilitating risk analysis and decision-making discussions;
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to present plans and forecasts to leadership and other stakeholders;
- Willingness to travel to Pembina assets across North America.
