**Financial/Payroll Analyst**

Inno Foods Group is a Global Food Production Facility in high-end luxury snack industry. We are looking for a Financial/Payroll Analyst.

**Duties and Responsibilities**

**Financial Statement Analysis**:

- Analyze sales performance and trends by products and customers to identify areas of strength and opportunities for improvement.
- Evaluate the impact of discounts offered through various promotion types on overall sales revenue.
- Conduct profitability analysis by product and customer segments to optimize resource allocation and pricing strategies.
- Investigate the nature of expense items and fluctuations, providing insights into cost drivers and potential areas for cost savings.

**Cost Structure Analysis**:

- Review product costs and selling prices to optimize profitability while maintaining competitiveness in the market.
- Conduct a detailed analysis of the cost structure of products, identifying opportunities for cost optimization and efficiency improvements.
- Maintain accurate data on selling prices and product costs, ensuring alignment with pricing strategies and profitability goals.

**Ad-Hoc Analysis and Reporting**:

- Prepare ad-hoc analysis reports as requested by management, addressing specific financial inquiries or business challenges.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on thorough analysis of financial data and market trends.

**Payroll analysis**:

- Responsible in researching on the payroll trends and analysis.
- Analyze compensation-related data including wages and bonuses and compared with other companies' wage and salary trends
- Prepare annual wages and salary budget
- Assists Accounting team by providing vacation accrual and HSA benefits breakdown

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- More than 3 years of experience in an FP&A role in a manufacturing company preferred.
- Proficiency in data analysis, and statistical techniques.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial software and ERP systems.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant years of extensive payroll experience for 3 years
- Comprehensive understanding and solid working knowledge of Canadian payroll legislation and practices.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $25.00-$27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
