**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Maintain and update the R&I Project Management, including assigning and balancing the R&I project workload
- Work on day-to-day data entry and Project Management related tasks
- Liaise with other internal departments and provide project updates on a consistent basis.
- Coordinate projects and project management between Sales & Marketing, R&I, and other related teams
- Monitor project progress and make or initiate adjustments as needed
- Assist the R&I team in meeting customer sample request submission deadlines
- Oversee raw material requests and assignments to corresponding R&I chemists
- Manage R&I projects and follow up on the preparation of marketing samples
- Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
- Help prepare meeting minutes, planning, etc. for meetings related to projects
- Maintain a confidential database of new formulas and existing formulas
- Consistently maintain a Safe and GMP working environment and comply with company policies and SOPs
- Execute special projects or tasks as assigned

**Qualifications**:

- Self-starter, self-motivated with proactive, and process ownership focus
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced team environment
- Strong interpersonal & problem-solving skills and commitment to providing a high standard of quality work
- Ability to make and meet commitments/deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
