**As a Delivery Coordinator, a typical day might include the following**:

- Entering all new and used deals into the appropriate log
- Compiling a log of deliveries done by each specialist for all vehicle
- Setting up all deliveries, for all new and used vehicles
- Calling guests to set up delivery appointments and confirmation
- Writing work orders and crosschecking with the service department
- Setting up insurance for all lease deals, sending bill of sales and ownership to insurance brokers for finance and cash deals
- Confirming all delivery appointments with guest a day or two before delivery
- Assisting management and sales staff with any inquiries and projects
- Covering for licensing position, dealer trade position and reception when needed

**This position might be right for you if**:

- At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in the Auto Dealership Industry
- You are motivated individual who will take on new challenges
- Valid Driver's license required
- You are highly organized and detail-oriented
- You have previous experience with Reynolds & Reynolds software
- You have a passion for customer service. You assist customers by analyzing and interpreting their needs and offer appropriate options, solutions and resolutions.
