**Responsibilities**:
1. Assist the finance office in preparing and processing paperwork related to vehicle sales, leases, and financing options

2. Coordinate with lenders to secure financing for customers, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations

3. Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless coordination between departments

4. Manage and maintain accurate records of vehicle inventory, sales transactions, and customer information

6. Assist in scheduling appointments and coordinating test drives for customers

7. Collaborate with the marketing team to promote sales and special offers through various channels

8. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction

**Requirements**:
1. High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred

2. Previous experience in automotive sales administration, finance, or a related field is preferred but not required

3. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

6. Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment

7. Knowledge of automotive financing and dealership operations is a plus

8. A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow within the company
