We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing and Production Coordinator to join our growing team in Toronto. This role is a unique opportunity for an individual who aspires to develop as a financial services industry marketer, to join a dynamic high-performing team at a growing entrepreneurial organization. The individual will work closely with senior management in marketing and product management to deliver timely impactful materials to support the national sales team and investment advisor community.
The coordinator will manage the production process for product and portfolio management-related materials, including marketing collateral, presentations, commentaries and time-sensitive updates.

**Primary responsibilities**
- Work alongside the Product Analyst to project manage end-to-end execution and updates of marketing materials for various assigned projects
- Assist with content management and updating of product presentations, product profiles, and product-related collateral
- Layout and design monthly fund reports, commentaries and ad hoc portfolio manager updates
- Perform quality control of assigned materials and projects
- Assist with preparation and timely delivery of materials for sales events, liaise with sales/product/marketing to identify requirements
- Publish materials to the CRM system (Salesforce) and ensure the library of materials is up to date
- Some light design, editing and writing
- Assist in the development and coordination of marketing collateral for the dealership channel
- Support department management during high volume periods (product launches, campaigns, MRFPs, prospectus renewal, etc.)
- Think creatively and outside the box to identify opportunities and suggest modifications to refresh, enhance or improve product and marketing collateral
- Assist in the organization of external and internal events
**Requirements**:
Knowledge:
- 2-3 years of relevant experience (marketing or financial services preferred)
- Undergraduate degree (marketing, communications or business preferred)
- Passionate about marketing and the financial services industry
**Skills**:
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office with an emphasis on PowerPoint
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite with an emphasis on inDesign
- Excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail
- Strong project and time manager, prioritizes competing tasks
- Experience with Salesforce an asset
- Approachable with solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently, under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong initiative and accountability, takes ownership of tasks and projects
- Resourceful, highly motivated and goal-oriented
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Critical eye for quality control
