DESCRIPTION Account Coordinator, XM will report directly to the Field Manager and will be responsible for coordinating event execution at various locations nationally including stores, events, and pop-ups. This position is instrumental in ensuring the delivery of all execution requirements in-field and providing onsite coaching and mentorship to the brand ambassador team. The ideal candidate will have excellent time management and communication skills with the ability to effectively work with their peers to deliver successful results. RESPONSIBILITIES - Coordinate and execute event marketing campaigns and promotions for clients, with a specialization in street sampling. - Oversee event logistics and operations, including setup, teardown, and coordination with vendors and the brand ambassador team. - Manage up to 10 brand ambassadors at a time and provide ongoing coaching and training. - Work closely with the team to understand goals and objectives for an event and develop a plan to achieve them. - Support the management team throughout all stages of the event planning process. - Coordinate with internal teams, vendors and other key stakeholders to ensure all duties and responsibilities are properly executed. - Prepare and maintain accurate event documentation, including event timelines, schedules and logistics plans. - Participate in on‑site event coordination and management. - Monitor and analyze event performance and make recommendations to improve future events. - Participate in post‑event evaluations and provide feedback and key learnings to clients. - Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in event marketing and understand the local market. QUALIFICATIONS - A minimum of 1+ years of experience in event coordination is required. - Previous experience as an Account Coordinator, Team Lead or Brand Ambassador is an asset. - Previous experience in alcohol is an asset. - Must have a valid driver’s license and access to your own vehicle. - Ability to work flexible hours including overnight travel, evenings and weekends. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong organizational and project management skills. - Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing situations. - Strong understanding of event management best practices and regulations. - Strong leadership, problem‑solving and decision‑making skills. - Outgoing, friendly, sense of team spirit, confident and dedicated to event management. - Client service orientated with an ability to build strong and productive working relationships. - Bachelor’s degree in marketing, event management, or related field is preferred.
