Assistant Manager

- **We are currently have an opportunity for an Assistant Store Manager to join our team in Fort Langley. **_

In addition to being an integral member of the sales floor, the Assistant Store Manager will provide support to the Store Manager and Owners, helping to ensure a smooth day-to-day running of the store. We are looking for someone wishes to stay and grow long term with our Company.

**A minimum of 3-5 years of fashion retail experience as an Assistant Manager, Keyholder, Team Lead or other applicable fashion retail leadership role is required**
- **Responsibilities include**:_
- Providing coverage as the Acting Store Manager when the Store Manager is not at the store
- Supporting the Store Manager with new hire training and onboarding
- Providing timely feedback and informal training to staff as required during shifts
- Working closely with our store Leads and Assistant Leads, empowering them to take on leadership responsibilities within the store
- Assisting the Store Manager with regular metric reporting
- Knowledgeable of all Company policies and procedures and ensuring they are followed by the team and are updated regularly as required
- Regular communication and meetings with the Store Manager and Owners, presenting ideas and recommendations in a professional, organized and logical manner
- Ensuring the team has the correct quantity of stock on the floor at all times and supporting the Store Manager to ensure proper presentation of merchandise is maintained
- Ensuring the stock room team has everything well organized, and receiving and online orders are running smoothly
- Ensuring cleanliness and maintenance of the store to create a safe and comfortable shopping experience, as well as clean working environment for the team
- Ensuring loss prevention strategies are being followed
- Ensuring everyone who walks in the store receives an exceptional customer experience
- Building and manage client relationships
- Inspiring the team to become brand ambassadors by keeping up with new arrivals, product knowledge, and wearing current merchandise
- Ensuring the Front-End team processes cash desk operations with engagement, efficiency, and accuracy
- Responding and appropriately resolve customer complaints and service opportunities

- **Schedule**:_This is a full-time role working on average 40 hours per week. Weekend availability on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays is required.
