To succeed as a delivery driver, you should be polite and prompt with a commitment to providing our clients with an excellent experience. You should be thorough in ensuring orders are properly fulfilled, committed to working safely, and a strong team oriented attitude.

**Delivery Driver Responsibilities**:

- Pick up and delivery of passenger,light truck, commercial tires and rims.
- Accurately filling out paperwork including details of shipments and orders between Tiremaster Limited and customers
- Confirm inbound and outbound delivery shipments to ensure accuracy on all orders.
- Control and maintain a safe load. i.e. Loading tires and other goods safely, properly securing loads to avoid damage to materials or company property.
- Adhering to assigned routes and following time schedules.
- Abiding by all transportation laws and maintaining a safe driving record.
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Operating equipment and machines, such as cars, trucks, forklifts, etc.
- Assist supervisor and colleagues with tasks as they arise.

**Skills**:

- Ability to complete proper daily Pre-End post vehicle inspection.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn and develop new skills as required.
- Ability to lift from 10 lbs to 150 lbs.
- Punctual and reliable.
- Attention to detail.

**Requirements**:

- Valid Ontario driver's license.
- Clean driving record.
- **DZ License is required.**:

- Willingness to adhere to assigned routes, schedules, safety procedures, and transportation laws.
- Adhere to Tiremaster's Limited Health and Safety policy when working on and offsite.
- Safety shoes are mandatory at all times.

**NOTE: Successful **applicant is required to provide proof of a valid DZ license and a clean drivers abstract on condition of **employment**.**

COVID-19 considerations:
To ensure the safety of our employees we supply masks, gloves and sanitizer. Customers are limited in the shop area and each driver has one designated truck.
