**Machine Operator**

**TASKS**
- Operate forklifts and clamp trucks safely and efficiently to move materials within the warehouse
- Load and unload shipments, ensuring accurate inventory counts and proper handling of products.
- Assist with order picking and preparation for shipping as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with safety regulations.
- Conduct routine inspections of equipment to ensure safe operation.
- Collaborate with warehouse staff to optimize workflow and efficiency

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Must have the ability to lift, push and pull 55lbs
- High school Diploma or GED-Be able to work well in a team atmosphere with limited supervision
- Must have transportation to Headingley, MB - No Public transportation available
- Must have clear understanding and follow all safety rules & standards
- Must have good verbal, written, communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to read and analyze information
- Adept at handling multiple complex tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency with prioritizing and meeting multiple deadlines
- Excellent time management & organization skills
- Process Improvement Mindset
- 2 Years Forklift Experience is as Asset

**REMUNERATION / TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT**
- Pay rate: starting at $18.50 with the opportunity to increase based on performance
- Opening in Day Shift: 7:30am-4:00pm
