Job Description Summary: PayPal is seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead a high-performing outbound team focused on Canadian SMB growth. This leader will drive sales, enhance the merchant experience, and champion Canadian market needs across PayPal’s global teams. Ideal for someone passionate about empowering small businesses and navigating a dynamic, global environment.

**Job Description**:
**Essential Responsibilities**:

- Lead functional projects and programs that drive business or process improvements.
- Identify issues and recommend best practices based on specialized expertise.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to analyze business trends and implement solutions.
- Contribute to the development and execution of strategic initiatives within the sales function.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of sales processes and make recommendations for enhancements.

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Actual Compensation is based on various factors including but not limited to work location, and relevant skills and experience.

The U.S. national annual pay range for this role is $123,000 to $224,400 and The Canada national annual pay range for this role is $110000 to $209000

For the majority of employees, PayPal's balanced hybrid work model offers 3 days in the office for effective in-person collaboration and 2 days at your choice of either the PayPal office or your home workspace, ensuring that you equally have the benefits and conveniences of both locations.
